Description
The TC1054, TC1055, and TC1186 are CMOS low dropout regulators (LDOs) with shutdown and ERROR output. They are designed for battery-operated systems and feature low ground current, low dropout voltage, and high output voltage accuracy. The devices are available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package and are pin-compatible upgrades for bipolar regulators.
