Description
The TB62209FG is a stepping motor driver IC that uses a chopper micro-step pseudo sine wave. It integrates a decoder for CLK input in microsteps, facilitating the driving of a two-phase stepping motor using micro-step pseudo sine waves. These waves are optimal for driving stepping motors with low-torque ripples and at low oscillation, enabling the TB62209FG to drive motors with high efficiency and low torque ripples.
The IC features DMOS (PowerMOS FET) output steps, allowing for lower output power dissipation compared to ICs with bipolar transistor outputs. It supports Mixed Decay mode for switching the attenuation ratio at chopping, with four stages of switching time to accommodate different loads.
