Description
The SY89834U is a highspeed, 1GHz LVTTL/CMOStoLVPECL fanout buffer/translator optimized for highspeed ultralow skew applications. It accepts two singleended LVTTL/CMOS compatible signals and translates them into four differential 100K LVPECL outputs. Within device skew is guaranteed to be less than 20ps over supply voltage and temperature.
