SY89536LHC Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. In this clock generator, CMOS, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
