Overview
Description
The SY58020U is a highspeed, precision 1:4 CML fanout buffer with internal I/O termination. It operates from a 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10% supply and is guaranteed over the full industrial temperature range (40°C to 85°C). The differential input includes Microchip's unique, 3pin input termination architecture that interfaces to differential LVPECL, LVDS, and CML signals (AC or DCcoupled) as small as 100 mV without any levelshifting or termination resistor networks in the signal path. The outputs are optimized to drive 400 mV typical swing into 500 loads, with extremely fast rise/fall times guaranteed to be less than 60 ps.
