Description
The SY58012U is a highspeed, precision 1:2 LVPECL fanout buffer with internal input termination. It is optimized for clock distribution applications and can process signals up to 5 GHz. The SY58012U has a unique input termination architecture that allows it to interface with LVPECL, LVDS, or CML differential signals as small as 100 mV. The outputs are 100k LVPECL compatible, with extremely fast rise/fall times guaranteed to be less than 110 ps. The SY58012U operates from a 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10% supply and is guaranteed over the full Industrial temperature range (40°C to 85°C).
