STK11C68-SF35I Overview
In 2005, a new technology was published with the ECCN code of EAR99. This technology is known as NVSRAM, which stands for Non-Volatile SRAM. It has a terminal pitch of 1.27mm and a pin count of 28. However, at the time of its publication, it was not yet qualified for use. The nominal supply current for this technology is 75mA. It is designed in the NVSRAM memory format and has a data bus width of 8 bits. The memory width is also 8 bits. This new technology offers promising possibilities for data storage and retrieval, but its qualification status may need to be addressed before it can be fully utilized.
