SS443A-L Overview
It is protected against damage by being packaged in a Bulk. In order to protect the switches from damage, they are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body packages. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 10mA as the maximum current. When these switches are working, 20mA is the maximum current they can output. It is recommended that magnetic switches should have a maximum output current of 20mA. Generally, switches should output 20mA current. The magnetic switches can operate at 150°C. To function properly, this magnetic switch needs an operating temperature greater than -40°C. It is possible for the magnetic switches to provide a voltage of 12V. Voltages up to 30V are possible with this electronic component. It is possible to supply 3.8V as the minimum voltage through these switches. In theory, it should be capable of supplying 10mA when it is working.

SS400 Series position sensors have a thermally balanced integrated circuit over full temperature range. The negative compensation slope is optimized to match the negative temperature coefficient of lower cost magnets. Bipolar,latching and unipolar magnetics are available.Band gap regulation provides extremely stable operation over 3.8 Vdc to 30 Vdc supply voltage range.
SS41 Series Bipolar Hall Effect sensors respond to alternating North and South poles. A built-in regulator provides stable operation over 4.5 Vdc to 24 Vdc supply voltage range, and internal circuitry prevents sensor damage in case the supply voltage polarity is accidentally reversed. The SS41 Series Bipolar Hall-effect sensors are small, versatile digital Hall-effect devices that are operated by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. The open-collector sinking output voltage is easily interfaced with a wide variety of electronic circuits. NOTE: These digital Hall sensors have an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C [-40 °F to 257 °F], appropriate for commercial, consumer, and industrial environments.
