Its Terminal Finish is Nickel/Palladium/Gold (Ni/Pd/Au), providing excellent corrosion resistance and low contact resistance. The GULL WING Terminal Form allows for easy and secure mounting onto a PCB. With a Peak Reflow Temperature (Cel) of 260, this IC can withstand high temperatures during assembly processes. It features 3 functions as an AND Gate, making it a versatile and efficient component for various applications. The Supply Voltage-Max (Vsup) is 5.5V, providing a wide operating range.
