Description
The SL28748E is an EProClock® generator designed for the Intel Calpella chipset. It is compliant with Intel CK505 Clock Revision 1.0 and supports hybrid video with simultaneous DOT96, 27MHz SS, and 27MHz NSS video clocks. The SL28748E also complies with PCIExpress Gen 2 and features lowpower pushpull type differential output buffers, an integrated voltage regulator, and integrated resistors on differential clocks. It has a scalable low voltage VDD_IO (3.3V to 1.05V), wirelessfriendly 3bit slew rate control on singleended clocks, differential CPU clocks with selectable frequency, 100MHz differential SRC clocks, 100MHz differential SATA clocks, 96MHz differential DOT clock, 27MHz video clock, and a buffered reference clock of 14.318MHz. The SL28748E supports 14.318MHz crystal input or clock input, EProClock® programmable technology, I2C support with readback capabilities, a triangular spread spectrum profile for maximum electromagnetic interference (EMI) reduction, industrial temperature range of 40°C to 85°C, 3.3V power supply, and a 32pin QFN package.
