This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 250kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.9V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 300mA Switch output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 10V. A voltage of 3.3V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. By adding the ALSO HAS CONTROL TECHNIQUE OF PFM feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable.
