The REF50xx family consists of low-noise, low-drift, high-precision voltage references. These references can both sink and source current and are robust against line and load variations. Proprietary design techniques enable excellent temperature drift (3ppm/°C) and high accuracy (0.05%). These features, along with low noise, make the REF50xx family suitable for high-precision data acquisition systems.
