0603 (1608 Metric) packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety purposes. PTC thermistors have terminations of type 2. A thermistor has a pin count of 2. If the PTC thermistors were to operate, 32V voltage could be supplied. In theory, this thermistor can deliver 32V when it is in operation. PTCC thermistors have been designed for a current of 100μA. When the DC circuit is closed, the voltage supplied by this thermistor should not exceed 32V.
