Description
The PIC16(L)F722A/723A are 28-pin Flash microcontrollers with XLP technology. They feature a high-performance RISC CPU with only 35 instructions to learn, all single-cycle instructions except branches. The operating speed is DC-20 MHz oscillator/clock input with a DC-200 ns instruction cycle. They have up to 4K x 14 Words of Flash Program Memory and up to 192 Bytes of Data Memory (RAM).
