To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Module packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 30V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 30V continuously. Photodiodes exhibit 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
