NLU2GU04MUTCG Overview
In 2008, a new technology was published using CMOS, with a load capacitance of 50pF. This technology boasted a propagation delay of only 7 ns, making it a promising option for high-speed applications. Additionally, the quiescent current was reported to be only 1μA, making it energy efficient. However, there were some drawbacks to this technology. The turn on delay time was measured at 15.5 ns, which could potentially slow down processes. It was also noted that this technology was halogen free, making it environmentally friendly. However, it was reported that it did not have a Schmitt Trigger, which could affect its ability to handle noise. Lastly, the maximum seated height was only 0.55mm, making it a compact option for space-constrained designs.
