Description
The NCP707 is a 200 mA LDO that provides a stable, accurate voltage with low noise. It is suitable for space-constrained, noise-sensitive applications. The NCP707 employs dynamic quiescent current adjustment for low IQ consumption at no-load.

Very Low Noise: 22 μVRMS from 100 Hz to 100 kHz
Very Low Dropout: 100 mV Typical at 200 mA
±2% Accuracy Over Load/Line/Temperature
High Power Supply Ripple Rejection: 70 dB at 1 kHz
Thermal Shutdown and Current Limit Protections
Stable with a 1 uF Ceramic Output Capacitor
Available in XDFN 1.0 x 1.0 mm Package
