Description
The NCP700C is a 200 mA LDO that provides a stable, accurate voltage with ultra-low noise and high PSRR for RF applications. It combines the benefits of low noise and superior dynamic performance of bipolar elements with low ground current consumption offered by CMOS. The NCP700C is stable with small, low-value capacitors and is available in a small WDFN6 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm package.
