Description
The NCP102 is a low dropout linear regulator controller designed for applications requiring high current and ultra-low dropout voltages. It utilizes an external N-Channel MOSFET, allowing customization to meet specific system requirements for current and dropout voltage. The device features an accurate 0.8 V (±2%) reference, enabling the implementation of sub-1 V voltage supplies. The reference is guaranteed over the entire supply and temperature ranges.
