Description
The NB6HQ14M is a highperformance differential 1:4 CML fanout buffer with a selectable Equalizer receiver. It compensates for signal degradation in Clock/Data paths operating up to 5 GHz or 6.5 Gb/s, respectively, by transmitting four identical CML copies of the input signal. The selectable Equalizer function allows for bypassing or flowing through the Equalizer section. The differential inputs have internal 50 Ω termination resistors, enabling compatibility with various logic level standards. The outputs can be powered by either a 2.5 V or 1.8 V supply.
