Description
MX7547JP Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 28-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 15V. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within 0°C~70°C when operating.
