The Micron4Mb MT45W256KW16PEGA is a 256K x16 Async/Page CellularRAM 1.0 memory. It features asynchronous and page mode interfaces with a random access time of 70ns. The memory operates at VCC and VCCQ voltages of 1.7-1.95V and VCC- of 1.7-3.6V.
