MPQ4470GL-AEC1-P Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 20-PowerVFQFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 100kHz~1MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 5A output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 36V. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 32.4V volts. During switching regulator operation, 20 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 800mV at the very least. A maximum output current of 5A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. At its maximum voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 36V input voltage.
