Operates from 2.7V to 15V supply voltage
Delivers motor current up to 700mA per channel
Internal safety features:
Sinking and sourcing current limits
Under-voltage lockout
Thermal shutdown
Over-temperature output flag
Available in 16-pin TSSOP-EP, TSSOP, 3mm x 3mm QFN, and 4mm x 4mm QFN packages with exposed thermal pad
