There is a SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage.
