MM74HC138MTC Overview
Providing this information in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) enables digital switch board space to be saved.Tube is the method used for packaging.The mounting method digital switch ic uses is Surface Mount.the multiplexers uses an analog IC Decoder/Demultiplexer.As long as the operating temperature is -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be influenced by external factors.When digital controlled switch operates at 2V~6V, designers are provided with a greater degree of flexibility.Since they are members of the 74HC series, they can be used in a wide variety of applications.It is designed with 16 terminations as part of its basic configuration.The base part number is 74HC138, which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.It employs GULL WING as the point at which conductors come to an end.Its supply type is Single, which is used as the source of power.There are 16 pins on it.This unit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.I would like to refer to the logic switch as a member of the HC/UH family.This is an the digital switch ic that is classified as Decoder/Drivers.Despite not interacting with external factors, it consumes 8μA current of multiplexer ic.The performance of the multiplexers of a system can be reliably achieved with a supply voltage of 2.5V.Voltage levels are accepted through 3 input lines of multiplexers.The signal source consists of 8 output lines.

The MM74HC138 decoder utilizes advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology and is well suited to memory address decoding or data routing applications. The circuit features high noise immunity and low power consumption usually associated with CMOS circuitry, yet has speeds comparable to low power Schottky TTL logic. The MM74HC138 has 3 binary select inputs (A, B, and C). If the device is enabled, these inputs determine which one of the eight normally HIGH outputs will go LOW. Two active LOW and one active HIGH enables (G1, G2A# and G2B#) are provided to ease the cascading of decoders. The decoder's outputs can drive 10 low power Schottky TTL equivalent loads, and are functionally and pin equivalent to the 74LS138. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by diodes to VCC and ground.
