MK70FX512VMJ12 has some Errata IDs such as Cache. A write buffer with one entry is present in the CM4 cache. The write buffer enable bit in the cache control registers regulates the single item write buffer. All writethrough and non-cacheable writes will be buffered if it is enabled. Additionally, if enabled, it will dissociate a write bus fault from the processor actually finishing the write (i.e.write fault imprecise).
