The MK64FN1M0VLQ12 is a Cortex-M4-based 32-bit 120MHz Microcontroller Unit with FPU. The K64 product series is designed for low-power, USB/Ethernet connection, and up to 256kB of integrated SRAM in cost-sensitive applications. This device shares the Kinetis family's extensive enablement and scalability. The microcontroller unit has 100 I/Os, making it ideal for high memory density and minimal computing power applications. Based on the ARM? Cortex?-M4 core, the Kinetis K series MCU portfolio offers the most pin, peripheral, and software-compatible MCU variants.
