Description
The MIC59P60 is an 8-bit serial-input latched driver that combines CMOS and bipolar technologies. It features high voltage (80V) and high current (500mA) capabilities. The device consists of eight CMOS data latches, a bipolar Darlington transistor driver for each latch, and CMOS control circuitry for various functions.
