Description
The MIC5201 is a linear voltage regulator with low dropout voltage (17mV at light loads, 200mV at 100mA), low ground current (1mA at 100mA output), and initial accuracy better than 1%. It features a logic-compatible on-off switching input for power saving. When disabled, power consumption drops to nearly zero. The ground current increases only slightly in dropout, extending battery life.
