Description
The MIC4420, MIC4429, and MIC429 MOSFET drivers are robust, efficient, and user-friendly. The MIC4429 and MIC429 are inverting drivers, while the MIC4420 is non-inverting. They offer a peak output current of 6A and can drive large MOSFETs with an enhanced safe operating margin. The drivers accept logic inputs ranging from 2.4V to Vs without requiring external speed-up capacitors or resistor networks. Proprietary circuits enable the input to withstand negative swings of up to 5V without damage. Additional protection circuits safeguard against electrostatic discharge.
