Description
The MCP795WXX/MCP795BXX is a SPI Real-Time Clock/Calendar with enhanced features and battery switchover. It features a wide operating voltage range, low operating current, and automatic battery switchover from VCC to VBAT. The device also includes a 64-byte battery-backed SRAM, 2 Kbit and 1 Kbit EEPROM memory, and a 128-bit unique ID in a protected area of EEPROM.
