Description
The MCP434X/436X is a 7/8-bit quad digital potentiometer (POT) or rheostat with non-volatile memory. It features a quad resistor network with resolution options of 7-bit (128 resistors) or 8-bit (256 resistors) and RAB resistance options of 5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, or 100 kΩ. The device offers zero scale to full scale wiper operation with low wiper resistance (75 Ω typical) and low tempco (50 ppm typical for rheostat, 15 ppm typical for potentiometer).
