Description
The MCP3550/1/3 are low-power, 22-bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) that operate from 2.7V to 5.5V. They offer low output noise (2.5 μVRMS), high accuracy (total unadjusted error < 10 ppm), and low power consumption (100 μA typical at VDD = 2.7V). The devices have fully differential analog inputs, making them compatible with a wide range of sensor applications. They are available in space-saving 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages and operate over an extended temperature range (-40°C to 125°C).
