MCP1407-E/SN Overview
Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MCP1407.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.In this case, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.As a maximum, there is 6A limit to the output current.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.Components with 8 pins are available.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 6A.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 250μA.25mV is the output voltage.
