The MC79M00 series of fixed output negative voltage regulators are designed to complement the MC78M00 series devices. They offer fixed output voltage options of -5.0 V, -8.0 V, -12 V, and -15 V. These regulators incorporate current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation, ensuring robustness under various operating conditions.
