Description
The MC33287 is a contact monitoring and dual low side protected driver designed to interface between switching contacts and a microcontroller. It features:
8 high voltage input triggers (1 direct output and 7 multiplexed) for direct interface with a microcontroller
2 low side drivers with current limitation (0.5A typical per output) and internal clamp (50V typical)
Low power consumption in standby mode (110μA maximum)
Overtemperature protection (160°C typical)
Output fault detection
