Description
The 12XS6 is a high-side switch designed for automotive lighting applications. It features dual and triple high-side switches with high transient current capability. The device is controlled via a 16-bit 5.0 MHz SPI interface and provides extended digital and analog feedback. It includes output edge shaping, dynamic overcurrent threshold profiling, and programmable current sensing. The 12XS6 enters a Fail operation mode in case of lost communication with the microcontroller, ensuring continued operation, controllability, and protection.
