MC10EL04DG Overview
The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is included in this package that the Tube package is also available. A version of Surface Mount is also available. Differential output is fully functional on this device. Communication is handled by AND/NAND Gate logic. At -40°C~85°C, the operating temperature is extended. The inputs contain the 2 axis. The MC10EL/100EL04 is a 2-input AND/NAND gate. The device is functionally equivalent to the E104 device with higher performance capabilities. With propagation delays and output transition times significantly faster than the E104 the EL04 is ideally suited for those applications which require the ultimate in AC performance. The 100 Series contains temperature compensation.
