Description
The MC100ES6210 is a low voltage, differential ECL/PECL/HSTL fanout buffer designed for highperformance clock distribution systems. It features a fully differential architecture and SiGe technology, providing low clock skew outputs and superior digital signal characteristics. The device supports clock frequencies up to 3GHz and can be operated from a single 3.3V or 2.5V supply.
