Description
The MC100ES6111 is a differential clock fanout buffer designed for highperformance clock distribution systems. It features a fully differential architecture and SiGe:C technology, providing low skew outputs and superior digital signal characteristics. The device supports clock frequencies up to 2.7 GHz and can be driven by ECL, PECL, or HSTL compatible signals. It operates from a single 3.3 V, 3.3 V, 2.5 V, or 2.5 V supply.
