Overview
Description
The MC10E/100E211 is a low skew 1:6 fanout device designed explicitly for low skew clock distribution applications. It features a multiplexed clock input for distributing a lower speed scan or test clock along with the highspeed system clock. Both common and individual output enables are provided, allowing for synchronous enabling/disabling of the outputs. The output transitions are faster than standard ECLinPS edge rates, enabling the distribution of higher frequency signals. The device also includes an internally generated voltage supply (VBB) for singleended input conditions and AC coupled inputs.
