MAX78615 LMU/A01 Overview
Packed in a Tray. Package 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad. It can be used as a Single Phase meter. The following version of Surface Mount is available. -40°C~85°C's operational temperature is extended. It operates using 3.15V~3.45V power supply. You can find more similar parts by searching MAX78615. This PMIC has a voltage of 0.8V on its low-level I/O ports. When using this device for high-level I/Os, the voltage presented by it is 2V. Parts of the part have 24 terminations on them. There is a normal voltage needed for the part, which is 3.3V.
