Description
MAX314LCUE Overview
Our surface mount product offers a convenient mounting type for easy installation. With a maximum supply current of 200μA, it provides efficient power usage. The turn on delay time is 275 ns, ensuring quick response and performance. The on-state resistance (max) is 10Ohm, providing low resistance for optimal conductivity. Additionally, the current leakage (IS(off)) (max) is only 500pA, minimizing energy waste. The switch time (Ton, Toff) (max) is 225ns and 185ns, respectively, allowing for fast switching between on and off states. Our product also boasts a charge injection of 20pC and a crosstalk of -85dB @ 1MHz, ensuring clear and accurate signal transmission. With a height seated (max) of 1.1mm and a length of 5mm, our product offers a compact and space-saving design.
