Description
The MAX1602 is a DC power-switching IC that provides selectable VCC and VPP voltages to a single CardBus or PC Card host socket. It features low-resistance MOSFET switches, soft-switching action, and compliance with PCMCIA specifications for 3V/5V switching. The MAX1602 supports 3.3V-only power switching for fast, 32-bit CardBus applications through low-resistance 3.3V switches and independent internal charge pumps.
