Description
The MAX130 and MAX131 are 3% digit A/D converters with onboard LCD display drivers. They utilize a bandgap reference to generate an analog Common voltage with excellent long-term stability and a guaranteed maximum temperature coefficient of 100ppm/°C. The MAX130A and MAX131A variants offer an enhanced temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C.
