Description
The MAX121 is a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a sampling rate of 308ksps and a signal-to-noise ratio (SINAD) of 78dB. It features a track/hold circuit, a low-drift voltage reference, and a successive-approximation architecture with a high-speed DAC. The MAX121 operates with a 5V and -12V or -15V power supply and consumes only 210mW of power. It is available in 16-pin DIP and SO packages, as well as a 20-pin SSOP package.
