Description
MAX1147BCUP Overview
The product was published in 2007 and features a GULL WING terminal form. It has both bipolar and unipolar polarity options and can interface through SPI or serial connections. The product has 14 bits and accepts differential or single ended inputs. The analog supply voltage ranges from 2.7V to 3.6V. The output bit code can be either BINARY or 2'S COMPLEMENT BINARY. The integral nonlinearity (INL) is 2 LSB and the conversion rate is 116 ksps.
