Description
The MAX11410 is a low-power, multi-channel, 24-bit delta-sigma ADC designed for precision sensor measurement. It features a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with gains from 1x to 128x, input buffers for high-impedance sources, and integrated features for sensor applications such as programmable current sources, current sink/source for broken wire detection, and a 10-channel input multiplexer. The ADC uses a single-cycle digital filter for fast settling and provides simultaneous rejection of 50Hz and 60Hz line noise. It has an integrated oscillator, SPI-compatible serial interface, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
