Description
The MAX11301 is a 20-port programmable mixed-signal I/O device that integrates a 12-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, analog switches, and GPIOs. Each port can be configured as an ADC input, DAC output, GPI, GPO, or analog switch terminal. The device features a wide voltage range (-10V to 10V), programmable sample averaging, and a low-noise voltage reference. It also includes internal and external temperature sensors for monitoring and control.
